DAN VALANDINGHAM
HEAD STORYTELLER
Dan "Vlad" Valandingham has been playing and STing in Live Action Role Playing Games (LARPs) since 1998, and has been involved in OWbN since 2004. He goes out of his way to respond to people on facebook in memes instead of typing out a response, so send an email if you want more than a picture. Dan's goals as an ST this year are to engage more of the players in the game, and to have more players turn in downtimes (small reports of what occurs 'between' games).
KARI PODHAJSKY
ASSISTANT STORYTELLER
Kari Podhajsky has been storytelling for most of her four years in One World by Night (OWbN). She has a passion for eating cupcakes, and will sacrifice goats to be given them. One of Kari's goals for the upcoming year is to have all of the players in her game become more invested into the shared world. If you have an abundance of goats, or cupcakes to share, Kari is your gal!
RYAN BROWN
ASSISTANT STORYTELLER
Ryan "Lucky" Brown started playing RPGs 19 years ago, starting with the AD&D "quickstart" book when he moved to Iowa. He has been involved in OWbN and LARPing since 2007, and has been storytelling since August 2015. He shoots pool and firearms left handed, but does everything else right handed (No wonder they call him lucky)... Ryan's goals for this year are to provide a dynamic environment with depth, and to make someone rediscover the game and get the feeling of playing again for the first time.
